C3...Finale

We wrapped up the incredible C3 Conference today and it went out with a bang. The worship was once again powerful and the Bishop TD Jakes shared a powerful message from Exodus 4:1-12. It's so evident that TD is annointed to do what he does. He's one of those communicators who when he speaks you know it was a word from the Lord. Allow me to share a few nuggets from today's message:
  • God is a god on the move and if we're not careful we begin to worship where God was.
  • God, teach me to be content with my limitations.
  • Why does God call us to do what we feel internally incapable of doing? Because God's strength is made perfect in my weakness. It's almost as if God says, "I look the best when you look your worst."
  • Where is your studder?
  • From a leadership perspective, you can't have diversity in your church if you don't have it in your life.

The Dallas trip has been memorable. Not only the time of worship and learning, but the quality time with three of my greatest friends in the world has been priceless.

Chad,

Just wanted to let you know that I just found your blog and have read it through... you're a real inspiration to me and I pray the best for you. As a fellow RM preacher in your area, I hope to meet you some day in the future. I'm new to blogging, as well, and have added you to my blogroll.

Praying God's blessing for you, your daughter, and your church. Enjoying your podcasts, too: another thing I'm new too (yeah, yeah, I'm a little behind the times...)
