A Tech Birthday

If you know me, you know that I'm in love with technology but my conservative budget doesn't always allow me to indulge. That's why I was pumped when I got home from work yesterday to find my aunt had sent me a birthday package from Texas. I opened it up to find a video iPod. I've always wanted one but have been far too tight to drop the cash. Praise God for generous aunts! I can't wait to subscribe to some vodcasts. Let me know if you have a favorite podcast or vodcast.

Note: I just made my first eBay sale and I think I may be addicted:)

-- Why The Christian Church of Jasper podcast, of course. :-)

-- Mars Hill Church in Seattle has a good podcast (they actually have an Everything Audio podcast or just a sermon podcast AND they have a video podcast as well).

-- The Resurgence podcast

-- Southland Christian Church's podcast is great too.

-- ESPN's PTI

-- the Relevant Podcast si entertaining though I'm not as much of a hipster that these guys and gals are.

-- Element Nashville (Bellvue Community Church young adult service)

-- NPR has tons of great podcasts as well.

There's so many choices.

There are so many great podcasts out there. I got an ipod video for Christmas and was really excited about it, but to be honest i rarely use the video capability. the big benefit is the storage size. i can put a good majority of my music library on it and have those songs with me anywhere. it holds much more than any of the other "non-video" ipods.

What the heck is a vodcast?!? and is it related to the abomination that causes desolation.
