Sacred Grounds

Our teens at church have converted an old house into a coffee house they call Sacred Grounds. It's becoming my new hangout. We conducted our staff meeting there on Monday, I held a counseling session at one of the restaurant style booths last night. It's an incredible environment and they have sweet drinks. I just finished a Starbucks Frappuccino (coffee flavor). I'm so glad our young people have a place they can call their own.

If you've never been to Sacred Grounds, stop by. The kids would love to show you around. And make sure to pick up one of those Frapps!

I can vouch for this!! I love that we have a place for our teens to call their own. We have had several hang out times there at Sacred Grounds, and I can tell that the teens love it, and feel comfortable there.

Pastor Chad,
You are so right about Sacred Grounds. Jeremy Kane and his group of diligent workers and teens have done an awesome job. Do you know that Jeremy is a gourmet cook with the schooling to back it up!! He is one of the most thrifty, creative people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He has done a lot with a little in that little house. This boy knows how to "dumpster dive" with the best of them. You would never know how some of the furnishings have been cleverly recycled and refurbished in that coffee house. We are blessed to have that place for our young people.

I know that our 17 yr-old son, Logan, is always in good hands when he is with Jeremy.
