Nightly, as I leave my computer to get ready for bed, I pass by my daughter in dreamland. It's never failed to bring a smile to my face. It's never failed to draw a simple prayer of thanks and blessing. Emrie will never know what a gift she has been to me over the last four years. May God do something extraordinary with my sleeping beauty.

I can remember not so long ago you telling me stories of how you couldn't keep her in bed and we were discussing putting chicken wire over the top of her crib! haha Remember that? *grin*

I never get tired of looking at my children sleeping. It is my favorite time to just uplift a prayer to God. A prayer of thanksgiving, a keepsafe prayer, and a prayer of their future walk with their Lord and Savior.
