Jean Sellers

I just finished up what could be my last funeral at Antioch. Ms. Jean Sellers died Monday morning at the age of 82. She was my closest neighbor when Amy and I lived on the farm in McKinneysburg. Her story was fascinating. Originally from England, she would marry an American solider during World War II. He would be sent home and it would be a year or so later that she would join him in the states. She came to American on the Queen Mary, packed to the gills with war brides. She left her family and her homeland to be with the man she loved. She would only return to England twice in 60+ years! What a lady.
