Potential

Here's a valuable leadership principle. It's not original with me but worth sharing. Don't promote potential, develop it. If we promote a person with potential before they have developed character to back it, it could prove to be disastrous for all parties involved. However, if we will take the time to develop potential in people our organizations will be stronger and healthier in the long run there will be fewer casualties of war:) Look for potential and take the time to develop it!
