I Did

It was eight years ago today that Amy and I said, "I do." I remember the weekend like it was yesterday and yet it seems so long ago. Having had the last nine months to digest what I had, here are some things I'm thankful for:
  • I'm thankful God allowed me to experience a great marriage.
  • I'm thankful that Amy was the incredible mom she was to Emrie.
  • I'm thankful that our vows were more then just words.
  • I'm thankful for the healing that God is doing in my heart.
  • I'm thankful for hope...the hope of heaven, the hope for continual healing, the hope of another life mate.

Chad...You Did! I thank God that Amy came into your life and consequently, our life. I too remember that special day like it was yesterday. She was a VERY SPECIAL person. I'm thankful that because of Amy, the Barnards are a part of our family, Emrie has come into our lives, she led you into the Ministry, and even in death, she lead our sweet Carriann and her family back to church.

You are truly amazing and I do believe God is going to bless you because of your faithfulness.
Love,

Dad

Chad you are simply amazing. I pray that the holidays will bring to mind only happy memories and that you and Emrie can draw closer to God and to each other during this season.

Chad many people are thankful for you as well. You've always been a great model of selflessness. Let the Spirit continue to bring you all of the strength you need each day. You are blessed and you are a blessing.
